Here at Bright Paddle, we want to make sure you have an incredible time; therefore our spaces are limited in order to make our tours more personal. When you book with us, we hold your space and maybe turning down other guests, for this reason, we hold a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel 48 hours before your tour you will get a 100% refund, if you cancel 24 hours before your tour you will get a 50% refund. And if you cancel the day of or decide not to show up we will not provide a refund.
