About Bright Paddle
Bright Paddle is a 100% locally owned and Eco-friendly business. It is the first and only paddle boarding tour operator in Culebra Puerto Rico. Established by Norman De Guzman, who wants to share his passion for not only the water but also in preserving this charming little Island.
Norman has over many years of experience in water sports, he is a certified captain and highly trained in First Aid. As your instructor, he will do as much as possible in making your tour as enjoyable and as personal as possible. He is a goal for you to fall in love with Culebra and it’s wildlife.
